Well, to say we needed a win for so many reasons is an understatement. In a real fun 5 set match with Neshaminy we won 3-2. 25-16, 21-25, 23-25, 25-20, 15-11. Lots of great rallies tonight and lots of ups and downs to battle through. This was the first time I saw our young team battle back from being down. We were down 2-1 and 14-10 in the 4th set. Something just started clicking at that point. The girls stayed positive and kept fighting and got on a nice run. Julia Richard, Chiara Ciccone and Mackenzie Clee all had over 20 serve attempts. That was really huge and we scored a lot of points in those rotations. Chiara Ciccone anchored a defense that was pretty solid all night. She had 31 digs. Riley Morgan had her best night up front with 14 kills. Very proud of the girls and hats off to a Neshaminy team that played hard the whole night.
