William Tennent lost in 5 to Villa Joe today. 13-25, 10-25, 25-19, 25-16, 8-15. It isn’t often a loss is maybe a team’s most impressive match of the year but this may have been. Our girls showed amazing mental toughness, they stuck together, and got stronger as the match went on. Villa is a really good team and has some really nice attackers, especially on the outside. The rallies were crazy and seemed to go on forever. We had 103 digs as a team, I am not sure I have ever seen that. Junior libero Addy Criss really got going tonight and all of the girls just had such great communication, effort and energy after the first two sets. They never gave up.
