The Souderton Girls Volleyball team notched its first win of the season with a 4-game victory over Quakertown on Tuesday night (25 - 13, 15 - 25, 25 - 21, 25 - 20). Sam Cressman did a great job leading a balanced Indian attack that included Jennie Mariani leading the way with 10 kills. Shannon Gular (8 kills, 6 aces), Deanna Simpson (5 kills), and Jess Bard (4 kills, 3 blocks) all contributed in a great team effort. Bri McMichael anchored the defense again with 15 digs in the match. Souderton travels to CB West on Tuesday, October 6th to begin the second round of league play
