Council Rock North beat Council Rock South on 9/20 3-1 (25-20, 24-26, 25-9, 25-13).

CRN was led by senior Olivia Szymkiewicz with 26 kills, 2 aces, 2 assists and 2 blocks. Senior Sloane Jordan contributed 12 kills, 2 aces, 3 assists and 3 blocks. Sophomores Ellie Lapinski and 4 kills, 4 aces and 3 assists while sophomore setter Kinley Adams had 34 assists, 4 kills and blocks. Senior Ava Liedl added another perfect night of serving going 16 for 16 with 2 aces. Freshman Camryn Schmidt added 5 blocks and 3 aces.

The first two sets were typical North/South matches, back and forth with big plays on both sides of the net. In the 3rd and 4th sets we found a much better serving rhythm which allowed our offense to be more efficient. Senior Olivia Szymkiewicz had her 3rd 26+ kill match in the last 5 matches.

After playing South twice in a matter of days, I was so impressed with CRS's Chloe Brossman's defensive ability and Senior Olivia DeSaro's complete game, maybe the most complete game in the SOL. Chloe does not let the ball drop, and Olivia puts the ball away.
