Tonight cb south hosted Souderton in boys volleyball and lost in 3 sets (13-25, 17-25 and 20-25). Tonight wasn't really our night and I don't feel we played to our potential. We have 3 first year players on varsity and some growing pains should be expected while we're still learning to play together. Some of our team leaders included setter Mark Macios with 17 assists, libero David Lulko had 10 digs and recorded his first kill with a well placed down ball attack, outside hitter Justin Koren with 8 kills and 7 digs and middle Jack Mayhew leading with 4 blocks and an ace.

We needed to rebound off our loss last night and we came out with more focus on one play at a time. In the 1st set were able to take a 5-3 lead and build on it with good team offense and solid defense to win set 25-13. Got off to a rocky start 2nd set and CB South took advantage; able to get some momentum later in set to win 25-17. The 3rd set was like the 2nd set CB South outplayed us to take a 10-4 lead, we able to get some good serves in and with a few good hit to gain lead at 15-14. Finished it with a 10-6 run to win set 25-20.
Sam Hess led team with 7 kills
Mike Pagan added 6 kills also Nate Klaus and Ben Chapman had 5 kills
Jack Pagan had 19 assists with Luke Pagan added 12 assists
Jaret Gower / Derek DiCesare / Nate Klaus / Pat Murphy had 5 digs
Ian Saucy chipped in an ace.
