In a five set slugfest, East’s Kyle Knorr and Eli Dalby each had a monster night. Knorr piled up 26 kills (.306 hitting %), and added 10 digs, a block and an ace, while Dalby dished 37 assists, and tallied 7 kills, 2 blocks, and 6 digs. Joe Lapeire also had a stellar match, as he contributed 12 kills and 8 digs. Graham Christopher had 5 kills, an ace, and 7 digs, and Nick Cross was the key defensive cog, as he managed to pick up 19 digs and an ace. Jackson Truelove had 3 blocks, including a key block toward the end of the 5th set to help seal the victory. Another key contributor was Nate Diadato, who added 4 kills, 3 aces, and 4 digs. Toivo Siman provided steady defense for the Patriots.
