The girls swim team put up a good fight this Tuesday at an away meet against Plymouth Whitemarsh. There were many close races and finishes that came down to tenths of a second. A couple of girls had personal bests, such as Kelly Wild in the 100 fly and Liliana Xu in the 100 free. Though not an all-time best, Caroline Alberti finished her 100 breastroke with her second best time and season best. Despite the loss, many girls had great swims. Grace Ronca swam a great 500 free and came in first place, and Kelly Wild came back in the 200 IM in her freestyle, finishing in first place. The girls are gearing up for their next home meet on Thursday against Upper Merion. Good luck!
