The William Tennent Panthers battled back and had a huge victory over Souderton High School with the score of 9-8. Down 6-0 going into the 6th inning the Panthers could have given up, but they showed they weren't ready to quit. Three runs were scored in the 6th inning and four more were added in the 7th to tie the game 7-7. Souderton then took the lead in the top of the 8th but the Panthers rallied and came back to take the win. Senior Cassidy Hubmaster went 2-4 at the plate driving in three RBI's. Freshman Megan Curtis went 2-4 at the plate along with Junior Caitlyn Mitros who also went 2-4. Junior Brianna Koonce had the walk off hit to drive in the game winning run in the bottom of the 8th. She went 3-5 on the day with 4 RBI's. This was an impressive comeback from behind victory. The Panthers will be on the road Tuesday, April 24th against Central Bucks West.
