UD's Sarah Tannenbaum hit a 2-run double in the 6th, scoring Sarah Sharp (single) and Jackie McMenamin (sacrifice but that was misplayed). Kaitlin Shorr led off the 7th inning with a single, advanced to second base on a passed ball and then scored on an RBI single by McMenamin


UM scored an unearned run in the 5th when a bunt was misplayed. They scored again the 7th when Jenn Freeman & Creighton led off with back-to-back singles to start the inning (pinch runner for Freeman scored on a sac fly by O'Connor. UM had runners on 1st & 3rd with 2 outs, but Rebecca Matricardi finished with a strikeout to end the game.


Defensively, Allison Blum played a strong game in right field, with 3 putouts and an outfield assist on the night.
