It was a crazy day at Druckenmiller field. The Rams and Dock were back and forth in a showdown for 11 innings. Dock jumped out to an early lead in the first and Pennridge tied it in the 2nd and went ahead 2-1 in the 5th. With two outs in the 7th and no one on base Paige Decew was poised on the mound and ready to get the win when out of nowhere the Pioneers struck for a last inning run to tie the game.

In the top of the 10th the Pioneers bats once again came alive this time off of the Sophomore Rams hurler Emily Hofmann. The Pioneers struck for three runs that seemed to knock the wind out of the sails of the Rams. And then, just like that the Rams answered back with three of their own on the bottom of the 10th to tie the game again.

In the top of the 11th, the Pioneers struck for one more and appeared to have the Rams in a head lock. But Karlie McCreary, Jordan Villella, and Alicia Detweiler had other ideas. The trio put together a 2 run dramatic comeback win which was topped off by a long drive in the gap by Detweiler to plate Villella for winning run.

The Rams are now 6-2 overall and handed Christopher Dock their first loss. Dock now has a record of 4-1.
