Emily Mayhew and Briana Gery both had RBIs for the Lady Rams, but Pennridge would strand 12 runners, and that ultimately cost the Rams this important league match up as the Rams lost 6-2. Paige DeCew took a tough lose scattering 10 hits, 10 Ks, and no walks. She helped her cause at the plate going 3 for 4. Bridget Casey was 2 for 3.
Central Bucks East Comments
In a back and forth game the Patriots went into the top of the 7th with a 3-2 lead. Jess Haug led off with a double to left field. Kerry Schulze then reached on a fielders choice. Then with one out and runners at 1st and third. Julia Shoenawald ripped a pitch over the center field fence for a three run home run.
