Norristown softball wins their Senior Night at home 5-0 vs. Cheltenham. Norristown softball pounded out 13 hits, led by a 3 hit effort by Shari Lynne Kluth, 2 hit efforts by Maggie Creciun & Daisy Foster (Triple), & 1 hit efforts from Shannon Melito, Gina 'Just call me G money' Pellechio, Sammy Kidd, Devon King, Julia Santoro, & Stephanie 'Sweat' Dinolfi. Dinolfi & Creciun continue to flash the leather on defense robbing Cheltenham of multiple hits today. Foster pitched a complete game 3 hit shutout striking out 6. Seniors Foster, Creciun, King, Kluth, & Melito were honored prior to the game with flowers & gifts. Norristown softball would like to send a special thank you out to the East Norriton Township & Recreation Department for the use of their facility for the event. Norristown softball is back in action tomorrow at home vs. Bensalem.
