In a battle of "Morelands" the Bears and Lions played to a zero -zero tie.
Upper Moreland is coming off of a hard week dropping games to wissahickon and upper Dublin earlier this week. The Bears wanted today to be a turning point. The girls played strong and were able contain the lions attack. Our defensive line was able to pull lower Moreland offsides 9 times throughout the game. Goalie Kim Benge had 9 saves. Playing strong for the Bears was Maggie Finn, Samantha cancel, and Kim Benge.


The Bears next game is Tuesday versus Springfield.
