A scrapy game that we failed to really settle down and play the way we want to. I feel both teams were tired form playing confrence games the night before. But we did score two very nice goals. In spells of the game we would start to find feet and get the ball moving. Our 1st goal came from a few passes in the middle then a great split ball from Aleia Kramer got Tori Dowd into the box, Tori played the ball nicely across the goal and Cara side footed into the other side of the net. With just 4 mins to half time it was great time to equalize. The second half we played better and certainly controlled the ball more and created more chances. But was still not our usual game finally with 15 minutes left we had another good play, a few passes got us up the outside of the field in their half and we switched the ball through our striker Cara McCausland to find Elizabeth Darst at the top the box a nice 1st time finish to slip the ball past the goalie from the top of the 18.
