JN Comments: Fun(ish) start to the season to say the least. I'm proud of our girls for growing into this game and getting the result. It's our first go at things, and it was far from perfect, but I'm happy with the chances we created in the game and how we finished them in the second half especially. Neshaminy put us under a lot of pressure early and they're one of the best transitional teams I've seen, so this was far from comfortable in the run of play but thought we adjusted well. Taylor and Mia had good days going forward, and I was happy with how Ella Roumy joined in the attack. I thought Mattie Williams and Kiera Sleicher worked off each other really well today, and Ava and CeCe Hayes put in strong shifts from center of the park. Lots of parts of our game to sharpen, so we're looking forward to prepping tomorrow as we head to South on Thursday.
