We controlled the possession of the game but found it difficult to create many scoring opportunities in the first half against a very hard working Truman team. Eventually Mia Tomlinson scored off a Chloe Hill corner kick. In the second half we scored twice more, Olivia Durcan followed up a great free kick by Heather McLaughlin scored, then a nice team move ended with Taylor Brennan finishing well. Taylor McCaffrey had a great assist. We went deep into our roster today and I thoughts Ali Zingaro did well , and Kara Hill played well in defense.
