Council Rock North Comments
Pennsbury punished us for our mistakes and took advantage of their set pieces. We did some good things today but not enough for the score to be in our favor. They deserved the win.

CRN got on the board first about halfway through the first half with a goal from Heather McLaughlin. About 2 minutes later, Christine Cataldo-Smith (PHS) tied up the score with a follow-up to a Hope Drewes shot that hit the crossbar. Shortly after her tying goal, Cataldo-Smith was on the end of a Gabby Zalot free kick for the go-ahead goal. Falcons led 2-1 at halftime. Two minutes into the second half, Cataldo-Smith completed her hat trick off of a Jenna Peters corner kick. With under ten minutes to play, Kelsey Butler kept a free kick alive on the Indians endline, to set up Kelli Hunter's first goal of the season.
Kerry Phillips had 5 saves in goal for the Falcons.
