We had a difficult time finding our rhythm today. While there were stretches of strong ball movement, we weren’t able to capitalize on enough of those opportunities. Credit to Cheltenham’s goalkeeper, who had a standout performance with 20 saves, making it tough for us to finish. It was a gritty, hard-fought game with both teams battling from start to finish.

In overtime, we were finally able to break through. Moving the ball well through the midfield, Leah King found Keiley Hawk, who split two defenders, kept her composure, and closed out the game in the 84th minute with the decisive goal.
