Today we won 2-0.
It was 0-0 going into half time and both teams were well matched. I knew it was going to be a tough game because they always play extremely especially at home in their stadium. Dan always has a very physical team and executes a good game plan. He has some very soccer intelligent players who know how to move the ball and play as a unit. We had a Handful of chances in the first half that we couldn't capitalize on. It seems like each game we have another player step up and today it was Senior Tim Kroll and Junior Gabe Krutsinger. Tim struck first about 9 minutes into the second half just after Gabe was stoned on a great shot by their keeper. He played a very good game in the net and made some incredible saves. Gabe got his chance 13 minutes later on a corner and made it 2-0. We had a game plan coming I to the game and our guys executed it even after going into the half tied at 0-0. Junior Aiden Moffitt also had the best game I have seen him play. He was all over the field and had a few chance himself. We are really playing well and playing for each other. Even my guys on the bench who haven't seen much time yet have been into every game and when I am ready to call on them I know they are ready to step up and answer the bell.
