HOLY GHOST PREP 4, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 3 (2OT)
In a thrilling non-conference match, Holy Ghost Prep found a way to win against CB South early in the second overtime. CB South opened the scoring just 4 minutes in when Tyler Jaskelwicz dribbled through several Holy Ghost defenders and put the ball past the keeper. It only took 5 minutes for Holy Ghost to respond, and it was a double response with 2 goals in 80 seconds. In a back-and-forth match CB South was able to regain the lead when Alex Centafont jumped on a cross and volleyed into the goal to tie the match.
In the second half teams traded goals again - first Holy Ghost went up 3-2 midway through the second half, but CB South was able to level on another effort from Tyler Jaskelewicz, this time with a head ball on a free kick.
The first overtime remained scoreless, but the second overtime finished before it barely got started as Holy Ghost was able to score 30 seconds into the half.
