The Wissahickon High School Girls Lacrosse won last night, 14-5 against Springfield High School. The girls worked well together as a team and played strong on both offense and defense. Scoring was contributed by Carolyn Wilde with 5 goals, 1 assist, Shannon Stagliano with 2 goals, 1 assist, Emily Vervlied with 2 goals, 2 assists, Christina Tsiobikas had 2 goals, Caty Santucci had 1 goal, 2 assists and Sam Intrieri had 1 goal. Kyra Myers was credited with 6 saves.
