It was a tough loss on the scoreboard, but I’m really proud of the fight our team showed. We fell behind early, but the girls never quit and kept competing the entire game. Maria Mitchell had a strong performance offensively, accounting for all four of our goals, and her effort reflects the resilience we’re trying to build as a program.
