This was a tough game today, Lower Moreland challenged us at both ends. In the first 5 minutes of the game we had a key player senior Kat Morrow go down with a knee injury. Lower Moreland took an early 2-0 lead. We were able to answer back to take the score to 4-2. We went into halftime tied 4-4. It took us some time to fill in the missing gap without Kat Morrow, but we were finally able to come together more in the second half. Sophia Hopf played an excellent game on defense and came up with some very key ground balls at the defensive end. Isabel Leiter led the team with 5 goals. Emma Hurley had a great game in goal today with 12 saves.
