Trailing 3–1 and with the Lions playing with more energy, we raised our intensity in the second quarter. Strong play at the face-off X (Cayden Weaver, 13-for-16 on draws), an aggressive 10-man ride that forced turnovers, and a solid team defense—led by EJ Seitz (4 CTOs, 4 GBs) and Caden Fogleman (3 CTOs, 6 GBs) roaming the midfield and defensive half—shifted momentum. Close defenders Carter Fregia and Nate Lenihan neutralized the Lion attack. Austin Tvarok ran the offense exceptionally well, scoring five goals, including one effort that brought our bench to its feet. Jaxon Olszewski recorded seven timely saves. Having two of our starting seniors go down to injury, props to Ryan Thierjung, Chase Brody, and Ethan Hart for stepping up and contributing productive minutes.
