Warrington, PA: The Titans of Central Bucks South improved their record to a perfect 7-0 with a decisive 15-1 win over Archbishop Wood on Monday evening at CB South stadium. The Titans jumped out to a 10-1 halftime lead thanks to two first half goals each by Jamie Renneisen, Brendan McGrath, Chris Tanner and Jake Henze. As the offense was spreading the scoring around, midfielders Renneisen and Joe Vitelli joined long-poles Stephen Nowelski, Tim Ross, Connor Grant and Mickey Pendleton in a stand-out defensive effort by the Titans. Vitelli, along with Wood transfer Matt LoStracco, were particularly effective in transition defense, while Dan Shields forced a dramatic "yard-sale" take-away on a Viking player. Playing in his first varsity game, Noah Mokrynchuk, spelled stand-out FOGO Ryan Jacobsen at the X and held his own against the Vikings, who, despite the scoring differential played tough all game. The CB South Attack line of Tanner, McGrath and Dillon Kelly combined for nine goals, with Tanner leading all scorers with four goals and two assists, while McGrath added three goals, two assists and a team-leading four ground balls. Henze and Kelly finished with two goals and one assist each, while Renneisen finished with two goals. Evan Falkowski had a goal and an assist, Ian Vogt added a goal and Jacobsen added an assist. Robbie Richick was solid in the net with six saves and was spelled by Brad Ross who was credited with three. With the non-league loss, the Vikings drop to 3-3 on the year.
