"Senior defender, Frankie O’Brien kept PW in the game today with two penalty stroke goals, one in each half. Although PW scored the first goal of the game, Wissahickon dominated the first half with great ball movement. We were not composed in the first half and made our jobs harder than they had to be. However, after half-time, I thought we made some good adjustments with our defensive press and were able to put sustained pressure on Wissahickon’s backfield. Junior midfielder, Sophie Kolkka played a great game at center mid with some key defensive plays and interceptions, providing the lift we needed.”

We knew today's game was going to be a tough game. We have played three games in a row back-to-back and had to come out against PW not even 24 hours after playing Quakertown last night. We came out strong in the first half and dominated possession. Our fatigue set in the second half and we had a lot more trouble outletting the ball from our defensive end.
