"PW played its 4th game this week and despite some fatigue was able to hold off a strong Pennsbury team 4-1 relying on four different goal scorers. The first half was tightly contested, but PW was able to get on the board first off of a Hailey Copestick goal. Pennsbury responded 5 minutes later with a goal of their own to tie the game. Kayla Link was able to score the game-winner with 4:12 left in the first half to give PW a lead going into halftime. Sam Spera and Ava Borkowski would add two more insurance goals in the second half to secure the win. Sophomore Goalkeeper, Sarah Trask earned 8 saves in the win and defenders Meghan DiGiacomo and Jen Byrne each had defensive saves for PW against Pennsbury's quick transition."
