Our defense had to play tough today. North Penn really stepped up their intensity in the second half and put a lot of pressure on Carley and the defense. Although our offense had less scoring opportunities then we would like, they capitalize when the get the chance and that has made the difference during our past few games.
Late in the season we are dealing with a few injuries and I am so impressed with the fitness level and toughness of our entire team especially midfielders Kellie Drugtoch, Kira Ozer, Larissa Motts and Emily Price.
Our team is fighting for a playoff spot and we understand the importance of the end of the season. I have a great group of girls that love playing together. They are motivated and ready to work each game.
