In a very exciting game, North Penn's Kristin Varilla scored a beautiful goal on a breakaway with 3:34 left in the first half. CB South's Arianna Conte tied the game when she she scored a similar goal on a feed from Megan Weeks with 3:29 left in the game, sending it into an exciting overtime. CB South's Casey Reilly nearly ended the game when she scored in OT, but it was deemed a dangerous shot. Both goalies had excellent games and both teams played well in OT.

Notes: It was an overtime thriller at North Penn tonight for senior night. The Knights controlled much of the play and scored their lone goal in the first half on a breakaway that developed from the midfield. Kristin Varilla beat the goalie in a 1v1 to capitalize. Credit to CB South for never giving up and putting in a goal late in the second half for the tie. Overtime was exciting with NP forcing 4 penalty corners and had a few scoring chances but CB South goalie, Jillian Heilig, played a great overtime coming up with big saves for CB South. The Knights, six seniors, Emily Crawford, Kristin Varilla, Meghan Daniels, Cheyenne Cravener, Madison Stotler, and Amberly Christiansen led the way tonight setting the tone for a great game with CB South.
