CB East started off with a quick goal off a corner shot by Riley Donnelly which was tipped by Cailey Lever. The goal was the only one for the game although there were plenty of other opportunities that could have made it into the cage. CB East outshot and had 18 penalty corners to Neshaminy’s 2, but they weren’t able to put another point on the board. Isobel Mannino, Mackenzie Boyle, Tara Harper and Elizabeth Philipp lead the defense with excellent communication and decision making in the backfield. CB East improved their team defense across the board and were working together better today. Neshaminy is a great team with speed and fight. It was a tough game for both teams at the beginning of the year.
