CB South played well as a team and scored two quick goals to take a 2-0 lead.CB East knotted the score then took the lead 3-2 before scoring on a penalty stroke making the score 4-2 with about 2 minutes remaining. I am very proud of the fact that CB South responded by getting the ball down the field, drawing a corner, and converting with 00.01 remaining. While not drawing as many corners as CB East, CB South converted on 3 of 3 corners. Both teams played with intensity.

The CB East vs CB South game was a hard fought battle. South was able to take the lead in the first half and East was fortunate to be able to score four in a row to take the lead back. Then South scored at the buzzer on a corner to bring it within one at 4-3. Riley Donnelly started the scoring off with an assist from her sister Emma Donnelly to bring the game to 2-1 at the half. Riley started the scoring off again in the second half with an assist from Reilly Finegan. Finegan scored the next two on a corner and a stroke to take a 4-2 lead. South goal by Erin Chioffe brough them within one to finish the game.
For East, Abbey Butler, Reilly Finegan and Riley Donnelly had strong games. For South, Erin Chioffe, Megan Weeks, Lauren Dougherty and Casey Reilly were strong. Francine Richick played well in the cage for South.
