It’s always tough to come into another team’s senior night- Abington was highly energized and had a good amount of fans on their side. We’re coming off of a tough conference week so we were definitely a little bit tired and got off to a slow start today. We had a lot of good movements but couldn’t connect until a collected rebound and a goal from Sydney Lafferty late in the 4th. Emma Penecale, Morgan Harrington, and Emerson McFeely really stood out having great games in the midfield. Brynn Bonargo was tightly defended all game, but did a good job working around the defense to make some great plays. I’m proud of the team for getting it done.
