Norristown pounded Cheltenham HS on Tuesday 10-2 at Norristown HS in seven innings.

Norristown scored five runs in the third on a sacrifice fly by Pat Campion, an error, and a three-run home run by Kevin McGinley.

Norrstown managed to grab the lead after a strong third inning.

McGinley racked up three RBIs on two hits for Norristown.

In the bottom of the first, Norristown grabbed the early lead, 1-0. A single by Vinny Catagnus, scoring Jimmy Perna started the inning off.

Norristown added two more runs in the bottom of the fourth. A single by Perna ignited the offense,, bringing home Andrew Curll. That was followed up by Mike Mellito's single, scoring Perna.

Norristown matched its one-run fifth inning with one more in the sixth. In the fifth, Norristown scored on an RBI single by Brandon Semon, plating Brendan Moore.
