Season Outlook: “We are looking forward to the upcoming season. While we have a new coach, a lot of systems will stay in place since he was an assistant for the last five years. One of our strengths is our leadership. The seniors have been doing an amazing job being leaders and helping out the younger and new players in our program. They come to practices ready to work and be great teammates. Our goal is to play every game with a relentless mentality and look to push the pace when needed.
“One thing we are working on for this year is gaining varsity experience. We graduated an amazing senior class, who accounted for the majority of our points scored and minutes played last year. We have a lot of upperclassmen who are getting meaningful varsity experience for the first time, so adjusting to the style of play will be a big learning experience early in the season.”
