Neve Conlin – La Salle University (Water Polo)
Major: Social Work

Reasons for choosing La Salle: “La Salle was definitely a top choice of mine – just how close
it is to home, and they have a five-year social work program, so that made it very interesting to me.”
What was the progression that led you to competing in water polo at the collegiate level? “At the end of my sophomore year, I started thinking about playing in college. My junior year, I knew I wanted to play.”
Springfield Twp coach Jason Boles: “Neve is a truly great athlete in the sport of Water Polo. She is one of the greatest centers we’ve had come through our program with some goals that make you ask yourself, “Did she really just do that?” She was one of the core aspects of our offensive and defensive abilities. She is very technical in what she does in the pool and earns the success she’s achieved. Neve is another one of the greatest polo players that have come through Springfield.”

Reasons for choosing Siena: “Siena just felt like family, and it was really comfortable
when I hung out with the girls. Everyone was very welcoming.”
What was the progression that led you to competing in water polo at the collegiate level? “I started playing water polo in sixth grade, and probably by the time I got to freshman year, I knew I wanted to play water polo in college because I love the sport so much.”
Springfield Twp water polo coach Jason Boles: “Grace is a truly amazing athlete for the sport of Water Polo. She is a dominant player and a fierce defender that has grown our small school’s program and molded a lot of the success we’ve had for the past few years. She’s a player that younger players look to play like in the future. She is very dedicated and competitive at the sport and is one of the greatest Springfield Water Polo players ever.”
