Strengths: “Biggest strength is a true team mentality. There are a lot of second and third year players that have progressed as a core and truly play for one another. The way they hold each other accountable on a day in and day out basis transfers well into a toughness and grit on and off the field. We play in division that is stacked with talent, and from what I’ve seen, it’s the teams that are tight knit that go deep into the postseason.”

Question marks: “The question mark that we face is a pitching staff that has not logged a ton of Varsity innings with the exception of our Ace. Pitching was a strength last year with three starters that kept us in every game and would go deep into games. While this staff is equal in talent, they will need learn how to navigate deep lineups and make quality pitches when the bright lights are on.”

Outlook: “Last year was a big step forward for the program making it back to the playoffs after a two-year hiatus. That being said, our goal is to win the fight that’s in front of us, game by game, at-bat by at-bat with effort and hustle.”
