Hatboro-Horsham starts off their season with a sweep over a much improved Abington program. Abington challenged HH especially from their pin hitters but the Hatters were able to overcome that effort with a dominating performance at the net boasting a team hitting % of .390. The outsides in senior Nastya Tsetsko and Kayla Jones had 12 and 6 kills respectively as well as Kayla shining on the serving line with 6 aces on 1 error. The middles in junior Jade Lauzier and senior Izzy Bombas had an astounding combined .600 hitting percentage with 10 and 8 kills respectively as well as adding in 4 blocks to the mix. The hatters were led offensively by senior setter Grace Howard with 29 assists while the defense was held down by seniors Maci Lumpkin and Ava Santo with 6 and 5 digs respectively. The hatters take on C.B. West tomorrow Tuesday night.
