CR NORTH 8- TRUMAN 1

It was quite a spectacular opening day of league play for the CR North at Truman Friday.
Eight different players scored as North raised its record to 1-1-0, 1-0-0 SOL Patriot.
The halftime score was 4-1 and North added an additional 4 in the second period.
It was a total team effort as 24 of the 26 rostered players logged 20 minutes or more.
Four of the scorers were from the Indians talented sophomore class. Alexander Diaz
opened the scoring four minutes in on a corner kick head ball. Rocco Montierro, Nick
Wise and Mike Pinho added tallies before intermission. The second half saw Andrew
Bower, Simon Rupp, Keertan Palyam and Ari Pollack all find the back of the net. Bobby
Snyder went the distance in net for North making two saves. The backfield grouping of
Jeremy Kamp, Ryan Muroff, Dom Wagner, Connor Cell and James McCullough kept
the Truman offense in check all afternoon. Truman goalkeeper Sebastian Hamilton kept
the match from going to double digits with many spectacular saves. Truman's lone goal
was scored by Juan Ramirez. Man of the match for Truman was Ayoub Fask, whom was
outstanding up and down the field. Truman dropped to 0-2-0 on the season.
