Abington fell in a hard fought match at home against Council Rock North 1-3. The Ghosts came out strong winning the first game 25-22, but Council Rock never let up and won the next three 25-22, 27-25 and 25-8. The Ghost offense was led by outside hitter Danny Gonzalez with 14 kills and Juan Perez with 6 kills. Setter Toulant Kurti and Ross Armon had strong games dictating the offense with 9 and 6 assists each Defensively the Ghosts had 9 blocks, Sean Dougherty had 6 digs and Danny Gonzalez had 4 digs. Abington's next match will be at Upper Dublin on Monday.
