CB West played a HOT game Saturday morning vs Episcopal Academy on their home turf. They were looking to avenge a 6-2 loss to EA last year and nearly accomplished the goal. Final score was 3-2 with Episcopal scoring the winning goal with less than 2 minutes remaining in the game.

First half score was 1-1.

Eva Altadonna scored both of CBW goals off of corner play. The first (26:47) was a tip off a scramble in front of the cage after the initial corner attempt. The second goal came in the second half off of a Taylor Mason shot. (20:17) . The score remained 2-1 for just 2 more minutes as EA came right down and scored to tie with 17:57 left. It was back and forth until in the final 2 minutes a corner was awarded to EA. The ball found the back of the cage at 1:35 to put EA ahead for good

Laura Kubit was credited with 8 saves in the loss. CBW is back in action on Tuesday as they take on Souderton at 3:30 at home.
