Quakertown 2 Cheltenham 0 no goals in the first half.
Both goals for Q were scored by our Belgian Senior exchange student, Juliette Dessart. In the second half she scored the first of our goals @ 20:30: she was in the circle and she was able to come up with the ball she dug out of the defense with a reverse sweep. Second goal came with 6:39 left in the game. We had a fumbled corner play that Diana Kahindo saved crossed the circle and Juliette was able to lift up and over hitting the upper right corner of the goal. Great finish!
There was a lot less momentum in this game and a lot more fouling.
We had 14 corners that we were unable to finish on, 18 shots on goal. The opportunity was there all night, but we failed to execute.

Props to Olivia Williams on Defense. she has been outstanding in her play- she works hard everyday and plays hard, she wins about 95% of 50/50 balls and she will not tolerate getting beat by her mark. Tonight she was a force in moving the ball up the right side of the field. She is not afraid to go on attack! I'm. It worried either because I know she will recover and get back to the D if needed!
