"PW found a way to grind out a win against Upper Dublin today despite a lack of intensity in the first half. Our play in the first half was marked by a number of turnovers and poor decision making. Jess Dixon scored the lone goal in the first half off of a deflection. We played with more fight in the second half and Kennedy Reardon, Jess Dixon, and Sam Spera each scored once to seal the victory. The score certainly doesn't reflect the pressure that Upper Dublin put on our team, especially their offensive penalty corners. I thought our defenders, under the leadership of Sophie Kolkka, stayed composed and worked together to maintain the shutout."
