Camryn Lexow continued her goal scoring streak but the Ghosts fell to South on a beautifully executed cross and header. Olivia Oliphant played well in goal for the Ghosts.
Council Rock South Comments
The Golden Hawks took a first half lead on a fantastic Sammy Jones shot from outside the box, to only be equaled before halftime from a spectacular Camryn Lexow goal. The two sides exchanged blows for the majority of the game before Allie Jones headed in a Jordi Rubakh cross to win it for the Golden Hawks. Emily Helmich came up with big saves for CR South, and the midfield presence of Sammy Jones, Paige Mikula, Jordi Rubakh, and Julie Rebh created opportunities on the offensive end.
