West played an amazing game today and really came together. Offensively there were great connections and defensively they looked solid and translated what we have been working on in practice. The whole defensive unit really executed this afternoon-Meghan Darcy, Rachel Shaw, Lucy Varner, Abby Fennell, Maddie Maio, Bryn Boylan, Casey Reichwein and of course Lauren Devlin all deserve some recognition. Meghan Darcy especially had a standout performance with 3 caused turnovers and 3 ground balls. Casey Reichwein was excellent on the draw with 10. Bryn Boylan was a commanding presence with 7 goals, 7 ground balls, 1 assist, 1 caused turnover, and 3 draw controls.
