This afternoon CB South hosted CB West in boys volleyball and lost in 3 sets ( 19-25, 17-25, 21-25). While we stayed competitive this was the first match this season that we have lost in straight sets. We knew coming in this would be a tough match and we weren't able to get into a good rhythm today. Team leaders included setter Mark Macios ( 2 blocks, 17 assists and 2 digs ) Middle Justin Koren ( 6 kills, 3 blocks and 7 digs ) Middle Joe Karn ( 2 aces, 5 kills, and 2 blocks ) and libero David Lulko led the defense with 11 digs.
