We advanced on PK's 4-3. After both teams missed their first shots. Dylan McDonald, Jack McCourt, Jared Stonkus, and Vince Hosephros (game winner) made 4 straight, while CBE missed their third shot.. We had several really good looks in regulation but just could not convert. Credit CBE, they played extremely hard and are very organized defensively. Our defenders, Jon Albarran, Dylan McDonald, Jared Stonkus and Kevin Hanscin played very well limiting CBE chances to 2 dangerous free kicks that hit the crossbar. It was nice making the state tournament again, it is a great honor for the boys because these opportunities don't present themselves every year.
