We needed a win today and the team was able to get us one. Every single player stepped up today and did what we needed them to do. We have been working hard on our outletting and ball movement and today the girls really showed how much it has improved. We have also been working on goal scoring and tipping. All four of our goals today were a tipped ball into the net. We were very proud of how the girls played and they really deserved this win. We need to be able to play this well and this together for the rest of our season. Grace Ball had a terrific game in the middle of the field. We moved her from attack from attack to our defensive center mid and she really stepped up, played amazing, and did what we needed her to do. Anna Blackney also had her best game yet. She came off the bench and was able to produce two goals and one assist. She was a key player in our game today. Every single girl played their best today and that's exactly what we needed.
