Summary/Highlights - Today's game was a very hard fought win for PW. The playing conditions with the heat and humidity were very difficult for both teams as was playing on grass and the fight and scrappiness of Upper Moreland. Both teams generated many scoring opportunities but the PW defense held strong and did not allow the relentless UM forwards to score. It was our first shutout of the season that was well earned by senior goalies Clair McAllister and Victoria Byrne as well as the defense. It was not a pretty game but PW worked hard for the win.
