After an emotional victory Monday evening against Central Bucks South, the Patriots came out a little flat. Although East scored the first two goals of the game and held a lead of 2-0 after the 1st Quarter, Downingtown West fought back to score 3 unanswered goals and held a 3-2 lead at the half. Each team scored 2 goals in the 3rd Quarter as Downingtown West held the lead by a score of 5 - 4. However, with their backs up against the wall, the 4th Quarter was all East. The Patriots caught fire when they had to and scored 4 goals in the final quarter to pull away with an 8-6 road victory. Matt Vetter led the Patriots in scoring with 3 goals, Owen Griffin and Ryan Brown each had 2 goals,while Matt Brown chipped in with 1 goal to round out the scoring.Ryan Brown scored a spectacular behind the back over the shoulder goal which will certainly make the 2015 highlight reel.

Matt Brown, Austin Prime, Dustin Buchanan each scooped up 3 ground balls, while Mike Eveland snagged 2. Dustin Buchanan had 4 caused turnovers and Mike Eveland was credited with 3. Goalie, Sean McGovern, was strong in the cage with 7 saves.
