Central Bucks East had this game against Central Bucks South circled on their calendar since April 8th, the day the Titans beat the Patriots handing them their only loss of the season. Just like the first game, South came right out of the shoot and scored 2 quick goals to take an early lead of 2-0 with 9:54 remaining in the first quarter. However, unlike the first game, East came right back and scored 7 unanswered goals to dominate the remainder of the first half and held a 7-2 lead at intermission. The second half was much of the same, as East outscored the Titans 6 goals to 2 in the 3rd quarter and went on to a decisive 16-6 victory. Matt Vetter and Owen Griffin led East with 5 goals each, while Matt Brown, Ryan Brown, and Jack Auteri each chipped in 2 goals apiece. Jack Auteri was a major factor in giving the Patriots a significant advantage in time of possession as he won 19 of 25 face-offs. Dustin Buchanan scooped up 6 ground balls and caused 4 turnovers. Matt Brown had 4 ground balls, while Owen Griffin and Austin Prime were each credited with 3 ground balls for the Patriots.
